  • Big Box Model: You stick with the safety net. You pay 60% of your income to the house. You cap your earning potential at ~$40k/year unless you work 70 hours a week.
  • The F48 Model: You pay a flat rent (capped at $800/mo). You keep 100% of your session fees.

The Leverage: Once you have 5 clients, your rent is covered. Every client after that is pure profit.
